Though we can never guarantee that we will see whales, we have about an 80% success rate. Whales were spotted day before yesterday breaching. Sometimes we get to hear them sing over the hydrophone, but not see them, which is in itself a magical experience. And, we often see dolphins and/or sea turtles. If we´re not seeing whales we spend a little extra time and go up La Vena mangrove estuary. The tour lasts about 3 hours. |
