Thanks for the replies.
On the back of my form there are 2 areas for officials to write things in. The top one has 180 (dias) and the bottom one is empty...looks possibly like part of a 'stamp' was supposed to be in it, but it missed and isn't complete...kind of distorted. On the front of the form to the right just below the bar scan thingy is: 16/12/15
which is hand-written. I have no idea what that means. The arrival date is stamped on the back.
