Taxi from Melague to LM is $120 so I would guess from Barra would be less than $200 pesos.

You would have to take a bus from Barra to Melague (bus runs every 15 minutes) and a bus from Melague to La Manzanilla (7:40am, 9:40am, 12:40pm, 2:40pm and 4:40pm).
