Looking for 8-10 week rental 2013+

We are here in LaManzanilla for 2 months this year (til April 29). We are looking for a rental Jan 15 - March 30, 2013, OR Jan 15 - Feb 28, 2013. We hope is to come back every year. We are guessing it's a long shot! but we are looking for the following features:

2 -3 bedrooms (2 people, but 2 more for one week),
2 baths,
secure second floor
on the beach, near the center of town
laundry or maid service
