Recycling in La Herta

We were up in La Herta today, and we saw these recycling containers in the Jardin there. Wouldn't these be nice for La Manzanilla? Plastic, metal, paper, even compost was listed.... Isn't La Huerta our municipal government? How come they get the recycling up there, and we don't?   |
