Lombrisis (Worm) Juice - Garden

I checked the supply of the worm effluent juice being put off by the lombrisis today and discovered that over the past week or so, someone has helped themselves to approximately 70 liters of the concentrate, perhaps leaving 10 liters. That amount would work out to about 1,400 liters of final fertilizer once they cut it 20:1 as they are supposed to. I know the worms are there for everyone, but please, can whomever took so much please perhaps take a year's rest and let the worms work up a bit more effluent and also perhaps let someone else have a crack at it. Just because it is free should not mean that you can just take it all for yourself.
