Bob, your statement "The resort is operating reasonably well" gives me pause. Are all the facilities in working order? Is it clean and quiet? Is the staff helpful? I'd really rather do the resort than condo units, because we'd all like to hang out together as much as possible - breaking up into condos tends to break up the group more.
