Stephanie, thanks for the great news. Miguel is a wonder-full cooler (Best coconut shrimp I've ever had) and I definitely will support him. Small, picky point.  Lenguado is the all inclusive name for all, bottom fish, from halibut to sand dabs. Around here it's usually sole or flounder. |
