I don't think that you are getting the info that you are seeking. Part of the reason for that is that La Manz is such a "special" little town (15 minute walk from north to south) that those of us that own/live there have a real abhorrence to promoting the place. (It would be a great, and safe place for your vacation.)

Rental web sites
There are four or five small independent real estate companies operating in La Manz --each of them also offers property management/ rental services for property owners.

Daniel -- the fearless moderator of this website -- is Costaalegre Properties and provides a website for rental -google: La Manzanilla Vacation Rentas. From my experience his involvement in the rental is passive. He provides the website and the contact to the property owners -- the renter does the rest. (did I get that right Daniel?)

The remaining rental sites are all "active" agents -- i.e. confirmed rentals and payments are made directly to them.

Santana Rentals
La Mananilla Homes
Tenacatita Bay
La Manzanilla Property Management

Be prepared for a bit of confusion as typically Spanish is the first language of the rental agents (they are local citizens), and the rental process is somewhat "foreign" to our gringo sensibilities.

The pix shown on the website typicaly give the impression that you are viewing the Mexican equivalent of Cannes, Nice, or Monaco. It's not. La Manz is a small town where the gringos and locals go well beyond "respecting" each other and we are welcomed to participate in the frequent local festivities.

How the heck did you happen across La Manz?
