Thanks for all this info. When will the old "cloud factory" stop spewing their smoke clouds? I have found the amount of pollution hidden from view but seen from the air mind-boggling. It is amazing manzanillo real estate has been able to survive this for so long. maybe things will get better because of this transfer.

I dont expect CFE rates to go down despite this doubling of electrical output. These rates are inter-dependent on new capacity.

Is anyone predicting that we will notice this pollution gone this year? That would be incredibly good news.
