Gripe and gripa are interchangeable for cold and flu. Both the cold and flu are viruses which mutate. Flu shots are to develop antibodies against a strain that has been identified as probable and or especially bad for the coming season. |
Antibiotics are not effective against viruses but can be helpful in cases of secondary bacterial sinus or bronchial infections that can flourish when the system is compromised with the virus.
I was told that the shots Marta gives have a bunch of vitamin B which boosts your own healing and makes you feel better. I still haven't talked to her about what is in the injection.
