| Inaction is not a solution, no matter what country you live in. The law in Canada is that you are obligated to report abuse. In a disfunctional family, even the abuser needs help. As an English teacher in both the Primary and Secondary schools in La Manz(grades 5, 6 & 7), I have gotten involved on behalf of students, without regret. If you do not want to phone DIF, who I know is involved with several families in La Manz, then try talking to the teacher. They can be an ally and help with the proper channels. |
