| We drove down from Lake Chapala yesterday and were also amazed at how green everything became in just a couple of weeks. However,the route just south of Manzanillo revealed two (no longer three) huge stacks belching tons of dirty smoke. So maybe they've cleaned up 1/3 or so of the pollution. But they still have a long way to go. |
