Yes, it ain't a "WAR". Everyone reads too much into it. It isn't any more complicated than this. The money don't come south unless the drugs go north, or visa versa. It ain't nothing more than that. Cartel wants money, they have plenty of folks that are willing to pay money for the drugs they need in the USA and its just bidness. Put all the studies you want around it, call it by any name you wish and it ain't nothing but what it is. USA folks are too caught up in dancing around the subtle edges of such a problem. Hoping that it can be explained away by something esoteric or socialistic or the like. Money south, drugs north. If you're part of the cause of that wheel, sorry and hope it works for you. If you're not, good. Move on with your life and what's important to you like your blood pressure, your heart, eating right, keeping fit and enjoying the sunsets. |
