Hi , my wife and I are looking at purchasing property in La Manzanilla and are looking for home building advice . I am just curious if someone could give me a ball park figure of what a 6-800 square foot 1 or 2 bedroom casa with an open palapa roof second story would cost .very simple design .Theres no sense in buying if we can't afford to build . Any ideas or advice is welcome .thanks in advance ,Ray and Michele |
