Yikes!!! I've had rides like that but since then I have changed my attitude. If the driving is crazy dangerous I ask the driver to slow down. If that doesn't work I tell him that I won't pay him unless he slows down. This usually works, but I keep in reserve my final option(never had to go there) which is STOP AND LET ME OUT! If he cooperates he gets the tip, if he is a good safe driver from the start, the tip is better.
