ATV'S

Tom and I have been looking to buy an ATV and discovered none for sale @ Elektra, Bodegon, etc. We were told there were too many accidents and their company (Bodegon) was postponing the sale of ATV's for now. Does any one have an idea of pending class action suits re: ATV's? Which COULD mean an ATV law similar to USA: No driving on city streets?
