Thank you for that birthday gift, Daniel! (yesterday was my
birthday), and Kimberley - I still love Iz, who truly had the voice of an angel. The last part of that video shows the scattering of his ashes off Oahu and the amazing turnout by people in outrigger canoes who came to honor his life. The state of Hawaii flew all flags at half-mast the day he died.

Here's another U-tube video that tells a little about his life and shows just a bit of the Makaha Sons of Niihau - another lost jewel of old Hawaii. Aloha nui loa from Merida!
