Kim, I loved seeing you everyday. Your spirit is forever strong and you are a role model of facing mortality. There are so many places now in La Manzanilla that I will stop and honour those who have passed: Tony Alvarado, Don Roach, Sarah, Kjell, Don Trini and now dear Kim. I feel so lucky to have known you.
