Ever been here in the summer, Smitty? Day after day we're locked in a sauna and someone keeps pouring water on the rocks. Humidity and dust combine to coat our brains with sludge. No one wants to do anything except nothing. We're hypnotized by the constant whirr of a fan, only to be rimed with perspiration if we move too far away from it. Not that anyone has the energy to move much. These are not conditions conducive to deep thought, Smitty, let alone communicating those thoughts in a lucid manner (not that that's always a criterion for posting on this board). I suggest you wait 'til the weather breaks if you want to engage our summer population in serious discourse.
