5-6 buses a day to Melaque, a few buses a day from Melaque or Barra to Guadalajara, lots of buses from Guad to Mexico City. Probably 12 hours with good connections.

$212 US on AeroMexico and takes an hour and a half. Maybe cheaper with shopping
