Correct me if I'm wrong. A friend of mine that is from NOB and a full timer told me that you can and he said he has done. Form a Mexican corporation and have your property that you don't legally own put in the name of the corporation.
You can own a Mexican corporation infacto you would own the property. I have done the same thing NOB. I was buying property owned by a legal firm. They had formed a corporation whose sole assets were the property. They sold me the corporation for the price of the property. All I had to do was pay for the cost of transferring ownership of the corporation $350.00 plus filing fees. The property is in the corporations name and I am the sole proprietor of the corporation. I have to file corporate tax returns ea. year but show no income so no cost. I do have to re-new my corporation ea. year for a $30.00 fee.
