Brenda and Ron a.k.a BrOnda are looking for a long-term house sitting &/or property management opportunity in LM. We are a responsible, youngish, retired professional Canadian couple interested in living full-time in LM. You may be interested in: • Having a needed continual presence on your property during the low &/or hi season. • Having your place kept up & taken good care of. • Having your home kept in show room condition if it is for sale • Having your vacation rental managed eg. Bookings, meet & greet etc. We could do this in exchange for house sitting your home. We know the area well, having spent part of the last 3 winters in LM where we also had some vacation rental experience. We have great friends (and references) who live there who would vouch for us. We are flexible, open to negotiation and all creative ideas.
