You may want to consider the first suggestion - ordering direct from Shaw in Canada. The cost is $100 for all the equipment - dish, receiver, etc.
They will ship to you in Canada - not sure about U.S.

The cost of the same equipment in La Manzanilla is much more, and the local shop is not an authorized dealer. The equipment sold by him is actually through a third party. You might want to get references from people who have dealt with him on new installations.
