There is a group of folks from Melaque and Barra who've organized www.proanimalmelaque.org which helps our animal friends all year long. La Manzanilla's Karen Taylor and Omar and their new dog, Dulce, are an example of the wonderful work they're doing. There is a facebook page which accepts donations with PayPal. These people are tireless and devoted and have the support of the fabulous vets, Beto Vigil and the new vets from Barra. What a great partnership.
