| I forgot to mention the wonderful adoptions that take place at Cisco's. Five years ago, Mamacita (Eliza) came to the clinic (she'd been living under a log with her 8 pups and was a walking skeleton) I offered to help fatten her up and wished she was my dog. Lucky me, I got my wish! She is adorable and has brought so much love to our family. Last year, a couple of kittens from Melaque were brought to the La Manzanilla clinic and I was lucky enough to foster them from the age of 2 to 4 months and then brought them home to their forever home in Victoria. Thank you Julie for envisioning a spay and neuter clinic and making it happen. |
