Does anyone have any experience with buying a car in MEXICO?

Locations of Semi-Nuevos?

What City has best prices? ie: Colima, Guad, Manzanillo, PV, etc?

What papers are required for a purchase/sale of a vehicle?

On a similar note: does anyone have the CONTACT INFO for a Broker in Nogales that would be able to give me an ACTUAL COST to import a U.S. vehicle?

Does it still take minimum 3 days at the border working with a BROKER to get the car imported?
