I often make that drive with 2 or 3 small doggies.

My recommentations would include Las Palmas in Matehaula (who seems to have a no ask no tell pet policy)

or American Business Hotal in Saltillo

I have never had any luck in Zacatecas. There are several places in Guadalajara.

Also, I once stayed in a NoTell Hotel in San Luis Potosi.
