I need a little help putting together a small "Beginner-Water-Color" Package for a young friend in La Manzanilla.

However, I have spent all day on discount ART websites and really have NO IDEA what I should purchase.

Can anyone help me put together a BASICS package for someone starting WATERCOLORS? I have a tendency to buy the wrong items or quantities of items.
