Thanks Erin The problem is that Mexico is not part of Canada or continental U.S. When I spoke with WestJet today, I was told Mexico flights were not included in this. That is why I was wondering if anyone had actually been successful in using the $99 companion flight offer to/from Mexico! Maybe all WestJet sales agents are not on the same page or knowledge level. Perhaps it is best to just ask to apply your $99 companion fare and see if the sales agent notices! Perhaps you will be lucky. However if you are counting on the cheap fare and are excited about your holiday, you might be disappointed very quickly if they don't allow it.
