International health insurance

| Well I just got the shock of my life, so far, in that my health insurance jumped from $3,500 annually to over $5,000...is it an age bracket I just entered or what? Have never needed it but hate to give it up as it covers me here in the States as well as all the time spent in Mexico. Are there folks out there that have resonable insureance providing for both countries without limitations of how much time you spend in either place? Would appreciate any comments.
