we had the same problem in Melaque for the last 4 years. I forgot to pay last months bill and they cut us off. Went to Manzanillo to get the phone/internet reconnected and at the same time downgraded to the Basic package. We were reconnected that same afternoon and our speed download speed doubled! Previously we had 1.76 MB download MAX and .32 MB upload. After the re-connect, our download speed went up to 3.50, but upload didn't change. Instead of paying 599 pesos a month, we're now paying 389 pesos. TelMex - go figure..... |
