¡Level of education
¡Work experience in vital areas with high demand
¡Other work experience
¡Investments in Mexico
¡Aptitude in science or technology
¡International recognitions or prizes
¡Fluency in the Spanish language
¡Knowledge of Mexican culture
For many of us, only the last two will we have much control over.
You may be there or close to qualifying for Residente Permanente. I was told I could apply after my present 3-year Residente Temporal. This translates into 6 years of FM3/No Immigrante plus 3 years Residente Temporal.
Yes, a 3-year Residente Temporal means no more trips to INM during that period.
