Yoga, Pilates schedule and 1/2 Hour of Power

Join us for another fun week of classes at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center, located at 130A Playa Blanca, 2 blocks down from Martin's.

This week we have a special 1/2 Hour of Power on Friday from 9-9:30 a.m. This class is a part of a series of audio-recorded classes this season, for a special price of 20 pesos.

Our regularly-scheduled weekly classes are:
YogaPilates: Mondays, Wednesdays 9-10 a.m.

YogaFun: Tuesdays, Thursdays 9-10 a.m.

YogaRelax: Tuesdays 10:30-11:30 a.m.

All regular classes are 100 pesos and mats are available.
