Definitely a violation and a sadness, but it's a burglary, not a robbery. The distinction is important as it is a property crime rather than a crime against one's person. It is a common "exaggeration" made by the violated party to refer to an illegal entry crime as a crime against a person. In hillbilly parlance, you'll know when you've been robbed, as the back of your pants will be brown. Burglary just makes you mad. |
