Yoga, Pilates and 1/2 Hour of Power

Please join us for another fun week of transformation at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center, 130A Playa Blanca, 2 blocks down from Martin's.

In addition to our regular schedule, there is another 1/2 HOUR OF POWER on Friday from 9 to 9:30 a.m. This class is only 20 pesos and a nice way to get an introduction to flow yoga.

Regularly scheduled classes are:

YogaPilates: Mondays, Wednesdays 9-10 a.m.

YogaFun: Tuesdays, Thursdays 9-10 a.m.

YogaRelax: Tuesdays 10:30-11:30 a.m.
