Help for Ixel Garcia

Helping Hands bookstore has a donation container for Ixel Garcia and her family. As I posted before, Ixel is a bright beautiful 17 yr old girl in her 5th semester of preparatoria. She has had two operations for a blood blockage in her head that caused paralysis on the left side of body. She is recovering but needs one more treatment. The medical bills so for are over 250,000 pesos, of which aprox. 70,000 remain. The family has sold their land, car, TV and jewelry but need to pay the remaining amount before the last treatment.
If you would like to donate directly to the family they live at 306 Playa Blanca (across from Eileen), or can call them at 351-7420. Checks can be made out to the mother Maria de Jesus Garcia Parra.
