| I am rereading a old message from Sparks about vacation pay and bonus. I get the bonus but I am having trouble with the vacation pay. I have employees that have worked for 5 yrs, so they get 15 days pay plus 25% right? So that is 1/2 salary for the month X 1.25, right? They actually work 2 and 3 days per week at a hourly rate, but the math get really weird the way it was posted..... |
