I am confused by Mazinks's quote - "It’s an obligation to have knowledge of the content — not interpret it, but be familiar with what it really says."

What is clear is that even INM doesn't know what the new regulations actually say - so why would anyone else? What is also clear is that there seems to be nothing positive for foreigners in the new regs - stiffer financial huddles, more money for a visa, ambiguity over vehicle ownership, no clear route towards citizenship, more trips to INM than ever. This is "modernization".

Many of us part-time residentsv are giving up the whole process and will be be getting tourst visas next year.
