I invite you to the fourth 1/2 Hour of Power this Friday (tomorrow) from 9 to 9:30 a.m. at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center!

Cost is only 20 pesos and mats are available. Bending Tree is located at 130A Playa Blanca, 2 blocks down from Martin's.

This is a great way to experience power yoga. Plus this session will also be audio recorded for a series of podcasts on www.bendingtreeyogahealing.com.
