After receiving some tips and good questions (via my e-mail), I have decided to postponed collecting signatures to petition for a Red Cross emergency treatment center. I will still investigate the possibilities and will share at a later time with those folks who requested info. We must look for a long term solution to our safety issues. Thank you for the info and continuous care. Patricia
