It seems to me that everyone wants a full range of services but no one wants to fund it. The home owners who rent should be particularly interested in seeing their businesses safe and secure. So what is the solution? Self taxation is a hard one to swallow as it calls for some sacrifices, I think a community founder raiser might be the best solution but in any case we should reflect seriously on what we want for our community and the most effective means to get their. A budget with goals would be a start. We need to ensure that funds raised go to where they are intended.

I am sorry for rambling but I am frustrated about all the talk and the lack of action by the people who are guests here....
