The USB modem that I had, was purchased at Telcel in Manzanillo, In Jan. 2011. It cost me about 600 pesos and I bot prepaid airtime cards which can be purchased any where. I don't remember how much airtime for how many pesos but it was something like 3 gigs for 500 pesos. I'm sure that if you go to the Telcel central office in Manzanillo they can help you out. Be sure you go their wireless branch which is on the main drag near Soriana on the left.
