Solar lamps for the square.

I spoke with the mayor about installing solar lamps on the square, since the current ones are very old, very few and the electricity for having them working, is expensive and many other mayors decided, on former administrations, not to turn them on most of the week. This causes the people not to gather at the square, and it is used for drinking beer or for using drugs, etc. I found some companies on the internet and asked one of them for a price on one of the models http://alternativaenergetica.com.mx/. They are expensive (1,822 USD). I was thinking they were less expensive -around 500 USD- and I was thinking to donate one, and ask people to donate money to gradually, buy more. I asked a friend who works at the Presidencia Municipal, and she is going to ask the president to get money for this. My post is now for asking if you know about a company who may supply these lamps at affordable prices, since the town needs around 24 (16 for the square and 8 for the garden across the street from the square).
