| Yes, I've asked that question in Manzanillo and always recv'd the same answer as well as at the border crossing "Columbia Bridge". As long as my "FM3" which is changing again but for now is "non imagrante" then the sticker on your windshield is current. It was also challenged at the Customs when I recv'd foreign freight and was also approved. |
