Linaza is the whole flax seed, and yes, I bought some at Lydia's recently. If you ask she can put whatever amount you desire in a bag for you.

Wheat germ is "germen de trigo," and it wouldn't hurt to ask Lydia if she can get it. You might also look in that shop next to the tortilleria - it has all sorts of food items that are fascinating, useful, and tasty. If not in La Manz, I imagine you'd be able to find some in Melaque, perhaps at Hawaii grocery or a semilleria.

I would keep both in the refri if you can. They do go rancid all too fast.
