Looking for a place to housesit or rent

My family and I (three total) are looking for a place to rent starting Jan. 8. We´ve been housesitting in the Boca de Iguanas resort, but just got surprise notice that the owners want to rent the house. I have very good references and would appreciate any leads on a place. I realize that it´s not the housesitting season per se, but thought I would at least put it out there. I´m willing to pay as long as it´s in the budget.
