Carpooling it means driving from A to B and a person/s join you and share the gas. Somebody freeloading in your house and giving laundry soap is like comparing eating chocolate and eating beer... doesn't make sense!!! However, I rather gladly pay a taxi and help a mexican worker than ask for a ride to a very frugal self serve tourist car owner. cheers!
