Raoul Diaz and Jimmy Shiva (Hari Bol) are returning to Casa Luz for the third consecutive year to offer a Kirtan on Sunday evening January 13th at 7 pm. A Kirtan is a devotional call and response chanting to live music, in this case harmonium and percussion. Raoul and Jimmy will play for us till around 8:30 or later. Songbooks with the chants will be passed out. Please buy your tickets in advance. You can purchase them from Ani Mac, Katherine Mccullough or myself. They are 100 pesos. If you would like to earn a free ticket please call me. We are looking for a place for Raoul and Jimmy to spend the night that evening. If you have a room to offer please contact me.
