I have been seeing the Pelicans getting quite close to the swimmers, sometimes
it hard to see the people because there are so many pelican's around them!
In my 5 years experience I don't remember them getting so close, perhaps
when the fishermen accidentally catch the pelicans then let them go is changing
their level of fear of people....or?
